Promensil Ingredients
Promensil has isoflavones from red clover. Isoflavones are plant molecules that exhibit estrogen-like behavior. They are not estrogens but are similar enough to bind to estrogen receptors throughout your body.
Does Promensil Work?
As we have discussed, the main cause of menopause symptoms is the lack of estrogen and progesterone. Promensil only addresses one of these causes, the lack of estrogen. Estrogen is associated with reducing hot flashes experienced during menopause.
Estrogen is balanced out by progesterone. Without Promensil does not address progesterone deficiencies.
Is Promensil Safe?
Traditional Hormonal Hormone Replacement Therapy relies on supplying the body with estrogen and/or progesterone.
Promensil uses isoflavones which are plant compounds that are weakly estrogenic. Isoflavones are consumed by people worldwide, especially in Asian countries in the form of soybeans. The frequency of menopause symptoms is dramatically less in those countries.

Which supplement do you recomend for all the harmonal changes due to menapause?
I have used this promensil and I think it is helpful. I can’t find it in the stores. I hope to find it or order it, again.
Promensil worked for me within a few days. I have been using it for about a year. Before I started using Promensil, I was having several intense hot flashes a day (about 10 or 12). I was tired and found I wasn’t thinking clearly. Since I started taking Promensil, I am thinking clearly again and the hot flashes are only 2 to 3 per day and are extremely mild now. I didn’t want to use anything that might be cancer causing. Fortunately for me, this only has red clover extracts which seems to do the trick for me.
