NewPhase Complete Menopausal Support Ingredients
NewPhase Complete Menopausal Support has isoflavones from soy. Isoflavones are plant molecules that exhibit estrogen-like behavior. They are not estrogens but are similar enough to bind to estrogen receptors throughout your body.
NewPhase Complete Menopausal Support also has Chaste Tree Berry which helps elevate progesterone levels. Black Cohosh also has precursors to progesterone.
Does NewPhase Complete Menopausal Support Work?
As we have discussed, the main cause of menopause symptoms is the lack of estrogen and progesterone. NewPhase Complete Menopausal Support addresses both of these causes, the lack of estrogen and progesterone.
The use of isoflavones in the formulation reduces hot flashes experienced during menopause. However, phytoestrogens cannot be used alone. They need to be balanced by progesterone. NewPhase Complete Menopausal Support has some of those ingredients, although the dosages are a little low.
Is NewPhase Complete Menopausal Support Safe?
Traditional Hormonal Hormone Replacement Therapy relies on supplying the body with estrogen and/or progesterone.
NewPhase Complete Menopausal Support has progesterone and progesterone precursors to balance the isoflavones although the dosages are a bit low. We’d be more worried about the efficacy of this product.
It also has titanium dioxide which is a potential carcinogen.

On The Wellesley Ctr for Women’s Health site in their Our Comments section it st8s:“NewPhase Complete Menopausal Support has no titanium dioxide.” However..further dwn on that pg under Other Ingredients–titanium dioxide is the nxt 2 last item listed. It’s a “known” carcinogen.
