Mendapause Ingredients
Mendapause Progesterone Cream has phytoestrogens from saw palmetto. Phytoestrogens are plant molecules that exhibit estrogen-like behavior. They are not estrogens but are similar enough to bind to estrogen receptors throughout your body. They are needed to make up for reduced estrogen levels during menopausal years which would otherwise lead to menopause symptoms such as hot flashes, night flashes, and mood swings.
Mendapause Progesterone Cream’s main ingredient is progesterone. The progesterone used is USP grade which is certified for purity.
It also has dong quai has been reported to be beneficial for menopausal women.
Does Mendapause Work?
As we have discussed, the main cause of menopause symptoms is the lack of estrogen and progesterone. Mendapause Progesterone Cream addresses both of these causes, the lack of estrogen and progesterone. However, it could use more phytoestrogenic ingredients to help with hormone balance.
Mendapause Progesterone Cream has ingredients that help balance progesterone levels with estrogen levels. The use of red clover, black cohosh, and dong quai may help with menopausal issues.
Is Mendapause Safe?
Traditional Hormonal Hormone Replacement Therapy relies on supplying the body with estrogen and/or progesterone. Mendapause Progesterone Cream uses natural herbal alternatives that help balance both of those hormones.
It uses saw palmetto to supply phytoestrogens and although there is some discussion about whether or not phytoestrogenic ingredients are safe, it is important to keep in mind that they are consumed by people worldwide, especially in Asian countries in the form of soybeans. The frequency of menopause symptoms is dramatically less in those countries.
